he main purpose of this study is to review lecturers’ perceptions on the leadership style of chairwomen and also its relationship with the motivational level of the lecturers in the National University of Malaysia (UKM). This descriptive quantitative study was carried out using the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire (LBDQ) and a Questionnaire Measure of Individual Differences in Achieving Tendency (QMAT). This study involved 100 respondents from five departments in the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Analysis of the findings were obtained using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis of level ± = .05. Findings showed that the lecturers' perceptions on the leadership style of the chairwomen in the National University of Malaysia (UKM) are quite satisfactory overall.

We define professional ethic in project
management as implementation of managerial
affairs by individual whom have required
managerial attributes and without having required
managerial attributes in an individual, there will
be a performance rather than professional
conduct. Construction activities in Iran, while
enjoying existing abilities and potentials, meet
defects including the absence of professional
ethic in construction procedure of buildings.
Evidences indicate widespread activities which are
free of professional ethic. Existence of such
factors in the field of construction, have plenty
of negative effects on the people that the
outcome on Iranian society is well tangible. In
academic training of Iran, no action has been takenacademic training of Iran, no action has been taken
to notify and these abnormalities will not be
solved by predicting courses and professional
ethic trainings. Factors such as the moral and
economic health of the society are effective in
preventing the incidence of failure from project
managers to provide professional ethic, although
several external factors can be involved in the
formation of these procedure, however, dedicating
appropriate and effective position in courses
relating project management and other expertise
of construction engineering family, would be a
suitable starting point for troubleshooting that

11.the impact of leadership on project performance

This study aimed to identify factors involved in developing Entrepreneur school and understanding the Executive requirements of these schools in Educational system of Iran (Case Study of MAZANDARAN province). Relying on the theory of organizational entrepreneurship and data based theory (Grounded Theory) the factors effective in creating a school for entrepreneurs were identified. The population of the study in Interview section was 20 experts in the Field of educational sciences from the University of Educators, entrepreneurship teachers and school administrators and for qualitative validation were 20 faculty members of University of Educators and school administrators. The research tools were open interview and content analysis techniques .The research findings indicate that the two groups factors of inside and outside organization and 3 dimensions of personal, organizational and environmental abilities and 16 components of Features (psychological , attitude, motivational), management style, organizational ,Mental and interpersonal skills, new methods of reward, management support, Delegate, deadline, curricula system , strategic orientation, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education, space and equipments, government policies, socio-economic and cultural conditions, financial and non-financial support are effective in building this kind of entrepreneur school. Also the results of qualitative validation or questionnaire distribution in the first step have resulted to the Removal of the concepts of parental education; parental social status and evaluation system due to an average of less than 4.In the implementation of the second round questionnaire, Kendal correlation coefficient was calculated and Kendall's w = 0.705 was obtained, suggesting a strong consensus among panel members in the research.

The project entitled “A Study on Training and Development Program in Airport Authority of India, Chennai” is our study. During the completion of the project, I had the honor of meeting more than 100 employees of the Airport Authority of India and studied the various training and development procedures they went through from that we inferred that knowledge based training and development procedures escalate the performance and overall efficiency of the employees. Training improves changes and moulds employee’s knowledge, skills, behaviors, aptitude and attitude towards the requirement of the job and organization. The research design adopted in this study is descriptive analysis. The opinion of the employees in the training programme was obtained through the structured questionnaire and interaction with them. A questionnaire is prepared for the employees, to suit their expectation and needs.

Methods/Analysis:Understanding the problems associated with the existing safety performancein the construction industry. Identifying the organization which implementingeffective safety performance in the site and taken it as case study. Extracting the personnelsafety factors from the above case studies where the maximum potentialpossibilities of accidents happen. Progressed with the questionnaire survey onextracted factors. Analysis of the data and extracting results. Findings: From the analysis of 40responses to questionnaire it shows thathuman safety protection factors is implementing in every constructionorganization but not in at the most effectiveway so that accidents are taking place in construction industry. So there isgreat need to enhance safety protection factors in construction industry. Applications: Regular use of humansafety protection factors is must for any organization that leads to betterenhancement on the safety in site. Projective knowledge on safety to engineersleads to zero accident as per the following case study which is most usefulfactor for an organization for safety performance of the project. Recommendationsmentioned in paper is applicable to any construction organization those areinfluencing with safety problems.

The present day employers give more emphasis to the employability skills of the potential engineers. There are several discussions and studies on “What types of skills and abilities are needed in the workplace?” This study attempts to explore the employability skills needed for the engineers to sustain in this global job market. This paper also puts forward the list of skills needed by the engineering graduates. On the whole, this paper suggests that the engineering graduates should acquire and demonstrate a set of generic skills such as communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.

Skill development training provided for the educated youths will maximize the merits of education system in India with productivity and employability skills expected by organizations and institutions in a developing country like India. The present study is used to analyze about the impact of skill development training provided to 63 school teachers from secondary and primary schools of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. A structured questionnaire was used in this study to explore the results with the help of statistical package for social science (SPSS). From the study it is revealed that the skill development is essential for younger generation to improvise their opportunities in the field of computer science in their career and for their future.

Requirements engineers play an important role in the development of software products and services. The nature of requirements engineering (RE) is multifaceted and influences the quality, success, or failure of software products. In gathering software requirements, engineers commonly work in a team, particularly when dealing with the customers or modeling the requirements, hence the team behavior may influence the RE activities. The investigation of requirements engineers’ personality and their team behavior associated with RE activities is still an open area in which research is still developing. This study aims to investigate the personality and team behavior of requirements engineers involved in RE activities using a systematic literature review approach. We included 64 primary studies that addressed the association between personality and team behavior of requirements engineers on the effectiveness of RE activities. The result shows that among personality dimensions, extraversion and conscientiousness were found to be the predominant personality traits that positively affect RE activities. Furthermore, team behavior of requirements engineers such as flexibility, collaboration, creativity, innovation, and norms were discovered as factors that influence the RE process, performance, and success. The findings of this study contribute to the body of knowledge and practice of RE by providing empirical evidence on the influence of requirements engineers’ personality and team behavior on the effectiveness of RE activities.

Art movements formed in recent decades have caused that new needs will be felt whether for displaying works in a particular environment or integrating the space and art work; in a wider environment, the created interior space can be looked at as an art work in the prevailing art movements.
