I am a third year student.
I study Interactive/Media/Design.
I work as a freelancer, and in a bookshop as a part-timer.
I photograph people in the street, unless they glare at me.
I snowboard whenever I can.
I enjoy retro gaming, and I don’t know why.
I learn myself Japanese.
I hate it when I’m apathetic.
I paid for all of my films. All of them.
I have a passion for Asian cultures.
I buy books I don’t read, and read books I don’t have.

INTERESTS DAVID WIELAND
Street photography As an enthusiastic photographer
PHOTOGRAPHY
since 2003 (both analogue and digital) I try to
–everywhere capture pure emotions of street life or
sterility of (decrepit) architecture.
I also collect photo books.
I’m addicted to the white powder. In

winter I try to ride as often as I can,
which is by far not often enough.
Backpacking, road trips. I have an aspiring but realistic

since 2000 ambition to see a lot of the world,
–Asia, The Americas, Europe and capture it on sensitive film. This
summer I returned from a four week
backpacking trip through Japan.
