- 2. Summary Mito Andino will be a new medium-sized restaurant to be located in a trendy neighborhood of Barcelona, Spain. An emphasis on Fusion, organic and natural ingredients will be based on Mito Andino’s dedication to sustainable development. Mito Andino will offer Barcelona a trendy, fun place to have great food in a social environment. The Chefs will have a large repertoire of Peruvian ethnic ingredients and recipes. Ethnic recipes will be used to provide the customers with an Andean, Mediterranean, unusual menu. The pleasure of the senses will be guaranteed. The market can be segmented into four distinct groups that it aims to target. The first group is the lonely rich. The second group that will be targeted is DINK double income no kids - young happy customers. The third group is rich hippies who naturally desire Andean foods as well as Mediterranean cuisine.
