This document contains a technology use survey with sample questions about texting habits, social media use, and favorite apps. It instructs the reader to conduct a survey of 5 students by asking these questions and recording their responses. All 5 students reported sending over 100 texts per day, using their phones mainly for texting and internet access, enjoying Facebook, and uploading photos to social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. In conclusion, the students all enjoy using technology and socializing online.
