This document provides an example of a technology use survey with 5 sample questions. Students are asked to choose from these questions or write their own, conduct a survey of 5 people, and record their responses. They are then meant to write a short report summarizing the results, for example reporting that most students send about 50 text messages per day and some students like Facebook but others said it wastes time.
