2. Ingredients:
 Some chopped onions
 1 & ½ tsp roasted coriander
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp garam masala
 3 tsp chopped coriander
 1 bowl of Salli/fine potato shreds
 ½ tsp sugar
 Two tsp vinegar
 Some chopped tomatoes
 One tsp red chili powder
 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
 300 gm of boneless mutton
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 One & ½ cumin powder
How to cook?
 First of all, heat the oil in a pan and add onions to it.
 Fry till it turns to golden brown.
 After this, add ginger-garlic paste, mutton, red chili powder and
turmeric powder, mix them well.
 Now, mix the mixture in the roasted coriander powder, cumin powder
followed by tomatoes, stir again.
 Add a little sugar & vinegar.
 Also, add garam masala and salt.
 Lessen the flame & cover till cooked for approx 40 minutes.
 Now, add chopped coriander and stir for some time.
 Garnish it with more coriander leaves and top it up with lots of Salli.
