3. Chilli Potato
Ingredients :-
• 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
• 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1 Capsicum, Vertically sliced
• 2 tbsp Garlic, sliced
• 3 Green Chillies, sliced
• 3 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 3 Spring Onions, white & green
• Oil
• Salt
• Sesame Seeds
4. Chilli Potato
Recipe :-
• Heat a pan with some oil.
• When the oil is hot enough, add potatoes
and half fry it.
• Transfer the potatoes to a plate and keep
aside.
• Now in the same oil add garlic and fry till
little crispy.
• Add green chili, capsicum, spring onion to
the pan and sauté them.
5. Chilli Potato
• Add salt as per taste, soya sauce, chilli
sauce. Mix well keeping the flame high.
• Add fried potatoes and mix well.
• Cook for 5 minutes.
• Now chilli potatoes ready to serve.
• Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
