• Tell them what you’re going to tell
them, tell them, tell them what you
told them.
• Structure. Outline, not a script.

• State the purpose
• Establish your credibility
• Preview – tell them what you’re going to tell

• Body – the information. Avoid overly-technical

audience may not be.
