This document discusses how Newsleopard, a Taiwan-based marketing SaaS company, uses AWS to build its platform. Newsleopard aims to efficiently deliver the right messages to the right people through the right channels at the right time. The current AWS architecture is described. Challenges Newsleopard faces in scaling by 2020 are also outlined. Solutions proposed to address challenges include leveraging AWS services for big data stream handling, extensibility, accuracy targeting, and handling spikes. Dockerization, orchestration, logging, monitoring, and DevOps practices are suggested for agility. Machine learning is proposed for targeting accuracy. Overall, offloading loads to AWS is advised so Newsleopard can focus on providing great SaaS
