2. I like this picture out of the various ones I captured
because of many specific reasons.
Firstly the pose of my model I think is unique and
quite interesting and I think it represents teenagers
as happy, as he’s smiling. My image also includes a
direct gaze which will draw viewers attention.
Also the lighting on my image is bright so it brings
out my model more allowing him to be eye-catching
to the viewers. This is also a middle body shot which
allows you to view what he’s wearing as well as his
face and he looks smart and sophisticated which is a
positive representation of teenagers compared to
the usual stereotype of them wearing “hoods”.
My image also doesn’t have anything distracting in
the background so all the focus is on my model. Not
only that but my image uses a broad depth of field
as everything is in focus allowing my image to be
clear.
However, there is a fault with this image which is it
includes a shadow. If I was to use this image I would
have to cut out the shadow.

of my model is different as he’s on the side/ leaning so it’s
as if he’s trying to catch the viewers attention to call them
over. Which then allows my image to become realistic.
My image also doesn’t have anything distracting in the
background so all the focus is on my model. Not only that
but my image uses a broad depth of field as everything is in
focus allowing my image to be clear.
However, there is a fault with this image which is it includes
a shadow, also his tie is in focus rather than his face so
we’re drawn more to that. If I was to use this image I would
have to re-take it to allow it to be more professional.
4. I like this picture out of the various ones I captured because
of many specific reasons.
Firstly the pose of my model I think is unique and quite
interesting and I think it represents teenagers as happy, as
he’s smiling and it makes viewers think my magazine will be
fun to read as he looks like he’s laughing so it allows my
image to come more alive too as the viewers may feel like
their interacting with my model. My image also includes a
direct gaze which will draw viewers attention more.
Also the lighting on my image is bright so it brings out my

However, there two faults with this image which is it
includes a shadow and a lot of the background is above his
head. If I was to use this image I would have to cut out the
shadow and crop the image so you could only really see my
model.
5. I like this picture out of the various ones I captured
because of many specific reasons.
Firstly the pose of my model I think is unique and
quite interesting and I think it represents teenagers
as happy, as he’s smiling once again. My image also
includes a direct gaze which will draw viewers
attention.
Also the lighting on my image is bright so it brings
out my model more allowing him to be eye-catching
to the viewers. This is also a middle body shot which
allows you to view what he’s wearing as well as his

6. I’ve chose to use this image rather than my other five for
certain reasons.
Firstly the pose of my model I think is unique and quite
interesting and I think it represents teenagers as happy, as
he’s smiling. My image also includes a direct gaze which will
draw viewers attention.
Also the lighting on my image is bright so it brings out my
model more allowing him to be eye-catching to the
viewers. He’s also holding his tie which connotes he takes
pride in looking sophisticated and smart, which is a
positive representation of teenagers compared to the usual
stereotype of them wearing “hoods”.
My image also doesn’t have anything distracting in the
background so all the focus is on my model. Not only that
but my image uses a broad depth of field as everything is in
focus allowing my image to be clear.
Also, it includes a low shot so my viewers are looking up at
my model which, then provides the idea that he’s powerful
which is another positive representation of teenagers as
they are usually looked down on.
However, there is a fault with this image which is it includes
a shadow. If I was to use this image I would have to cut out
the shadow.
