There are 65 households along the 20 meters easement of Manga River covering approximately 1.0 kilometer
located at Brgy. Lamo, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya. The affected households will be relocated at the
proposed site with an approximate area of 2 hectares in Sitio Bulit, Brgy. Lamo, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya.

There are 153 households identified along the 20 meters easement of Manga Riverside located at Brgy. Mabasa, Dupax
del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya. Out of the 153 households, only 71 households are willing to be relocated at the proposed
relocation site in Sitio Apayan, Mabasa, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya with an area of 5 hectares.

Initially assessed two (2) sites for relocation specifically at Brgy. Kirang, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya (3.51 has.) and at Brgy.
Villaflores, Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya (5.80 has.)

On March 4- 5, 2021, a team from CENRO Solana
conducted actual dialogue with the farmers and
claimants of Sitio Dapang (proposed relocation
site)

• Two teams were created composed of Survey teams
from PENRO Cagayan and CENRO Solana to conduct
perimeter survey, creek survey and road survey on the
18 ha. and 20 ha. of parcel of land at Sitio Dapang, San
Jose, Enrile, Cagayan.

20. KRA #2: Stronger Shelter and Resilient Settlements
PENRO Cagayan
• On March 17, 2021, personnel from the Regulation
and Permitting Section of CENRO Solana
followed-up the Sangunian Bayan Resolution and
other requirements on the cancellation of PSU-af-
02-002063-D in the name of LGU Enrile
represented by Roberto Turingan.
• Based on the perimeter survey, PENRO Cagayan
team will present a scheme to LGU Enrile for the
proposed subdivision of lots 18 ha. and 20 ha. of
parcel of land at Dapang, Enrile, Cagayan.

located at Brgy. Mabasa, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya but only 71 households are
willing to be relocated at the proposed site in Sitio Apayan, Mabasa, Dupax del Norte,
Nueva Vizcaya
• Within the jurisdiction of CENRO Aritao, based from the surveyed lots under PLS 670 and
PLS 123, there are 334 lots with a total area of 141.7346 hectares which are to be affected
by the rehabilitation and recovery of easements legal easements
• There are 294 affected along the easement of Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bayombong, Nueva
Vizcaya which are to be relocated at the proposed site in Brgy. Bangar, Solano, Nueva
Vizcaya
