5. The purpose of this library session will focus on various areas of
instruction such as- academic research, book genres and
computer skills.

8. Class Work
 ▪Each week, the student will be required to start the
class session with a writing prompt.
 ▪After the student has completed their writing
prompt, they will be allowed to return and check out
one (1) book. The book must be returned by the
next class session.
 ▪Within the last fifteen (15) minutes of class students
must take an AR Test on the book they have
returned during that class session.

9. Due to library sessions being considered a Resource
Class, there will not be any graded assignment but
students will be rewarded for passing AR Tests and
well written writing prompts.
