3. INTRODUCCIÓ I OBJECTIU
Patologia cervical:
causa freqüent consulta
Fisioteràpia : màxima
recuperació
Objectiu del treball: obtindre
informació en torn les diferents
tècniques fisioteràpiques → Ttm
efectiu
3
9. Revisions bibliogràfiques
Teràpia no invasiva
Manipulació o mobilització per a la cervicàlgia
Electroteràpia
Cervicàlgia crònica i exercici

A curt termini collarí > fisioteràpia. A llarg termini
s’equiparen el resultats (5, 7, 8). Utilització de coixí (7).
Tracció cervical → discrepàncies entre ↓dolor (9, 10) ¿temps
d’evolució de la lesió? (11) i no trobar resultats concloents (11,
20, 21). Un article (10) estableix el % de pes corporal idoni
emprat.
Massatge i teràpia manual: ↓ dolor , ↑ funcionalitat (12, 26,
28). Major eficàcia en pacients amb alteracions vertebrals
(13). 10
11. Electrot: RF↓dolor (14). TENS discrepàncies tant si el
comparem (19, 23) com si el combinem amb altres
tècniques (24) i evidència de la seua eficàcia (29).
Interferencial: més beneficis combinada amb IR que
MGNT (22).
Isomètrics : ↓dolor, ↑ranc articular i mobilitat (15, 16).
Utilització d’altres exercicis per ↑ ranc articular (15).
Exercici físic + tècniques fisioteràpiques : ↑ beneficis (21,
24, 25). Exercici físic a soles pitjors resultats (30).
Eficàcia de la neurodinàmia: ↓dolor i ↑ mobilitat (17).
Tracció cervical i termoteràpia, soles, no diferències
significatives (18), combinats millors resultats(27).
11
12. Tto fisiot: ↓↓ dolor, ↑força muscular i
recorregut , ↓↓símptomes.
Tto fisiot. millor que farmacològic.
Utilització de coixins: ↓dolor i millora la
son.
TENS: més investigació per a evidenciar
la seua eficàcia davant altres tècniques.
Difícil concloure quina és la millor.
Combinació teràpies: millors resultats.
