3. Legislative
The congress is the legislative branch of the government. They write bills and
laws. Its divided into two parts, the house representatives and the senate

The executive branch enforces laws. It is led by the president. They can reject
the bill or can sign the bill to make it a law.
5. Judicial
The supreme court is the most powerful court in the nation. It has nine judges
called justices. They make sure laws follow the constitution and can overturn
laws that do not

and because of the rules of the constitution the can change to a certain extent.
