called the constitution.

The Judiciary is responsible for deciding if the
laws of the state have been fallowed or not.
8. Federal system & Confederal
A Federal system is when is divided in regions
and has two levels of government makes policies
for the whole state and a regional government
level.
In a confederate the regional government level
that makes the laws on internal affairs also tells
the state government what to do.
9. Human Rights
Basic rights and freedoms
that all people should
receive for there survival
and there dignity. Some
states recognize more
rights than others.
Human rights include
those that are against the
actions of the state such
as the right not to be
arrested without cause
the rights to equality
before the law and
property laws
