What is a
constitution?

Constitution
Many countries have written or unwritten
set of laws that set of laws that set out how
the state should be the government.This is
called the constitution.
Constitutions divide responsibility between
different parts of the government so no one
person, or group of people ,has all the power,
and citizens can be involved in the decision-
making.There are 3 main parts in the
constitution.
Constitution three main parts
Defines the Role of the Government:The
Executive the executive is responsible for
making government policies and carrying
them out.These policies get passed onto the
legislature … 1.
Unitary system
Defines the System of Government: Unitary
system a central government is responsible
for making policies for the whole state.They
may instruct several local government
authorities to carry tem out. 2.
Political rights
Out LinesThe Rights of Citizens: Legal and
moral rights vary from state to state but may
include the right to vote, freedom of speech,
and the right of education. 3.
The legislature &The Judiciary
The legislature is responsible fro examining
and approving the executives policies before
they can be carried out.
The Judiciary is responsible for deciding if the
laws of the state have been fallowed or not.
Federal system & Confederal
A Federal system is when is divided in regions
and has two levels of government makes policies
for the whole state and a regional government
level.
In a confederate the regional government level
that makes the laws on internal affairs also tells
the state government what to do.
Human Rights
Basic rights and freedoms
that all people should
receive for there survival
and there dignity. Some
states recognize more
rights than others.
Human rights include
those that are against the
actions of the state such
as the right not to be
arrested without cause
the rights to equality
before the law and
property laws
