-VPs & Executives will be selected internally

11. INTERNAL
-Main Duty:
-- Finalize all event proposals
-- Responsible for publishing UTAC monthly newsletter
-- Update and contact members for upcoming events
-Estimated workload: 2 hours a week

12. EXTERNAL
-Main Duty:
-- Plan and draft all event proposals
-- Work in liaison with all external bodies for events
organization
-- Represent UTAC for any external meetings
-Estimated workload: 2 hours a week

13. FINANCE & MARKETING
-Main Duty:
-- Responsible for UTAC annual budget plan (as
required by funding institutions)
-- Responsible for completing all funding applications
and sponsorship negotiations by their respective
deadlines
-Estimated workload: 1 hour a week

14. MEDIA & PROMOTION
-Main Duty:
-- Design and provide technical support for all forms of
media including but not limited to promotional
materials, website and social media.
-- Responsible for the newsletter layout
-Estimated workload: 1 hour a week
