2. Introduction Our company "Crème Brule" (innovative Ecuadorian home baked desserts) wants to get to all people all over our country and in the future internationally. This company has been created by young entrepreneurs with a mind to view a future.

3. Our goal is to get people to know us, and to show adult people that youngsters can do everything that we set because: "Youth are not tomorrow's future but the present" This project was created to gain experience to build and run a business and to enter the labor market and this experience specifically will show everyone the variety of desserts that we can prepare with certain household products and desserts so we can get better quality with low price.

4. The content of this project was thought to the great demand for low-priced desserts to satisfy the needs of our customers. We as students have the vision to expand the food market with these products and also we will put the name of Ecuador as the pioneer in this area.

5. Mission: To get to know the people how far a young mind can get, and to enter to renovate the desserts market in the country with our new products. Vision: To be the first company to make this type of products, and to have the biggest demand in this market, in a long term

6. Objectives: To incentive people to try a home product low in calories and with a high nutritional value and thus can realize that not all good candy can harm your health. To promote talks to our sellers to motivate the customer to buy our products. To try our products in the market as one of the best quality desserts for a big demand on our consumer. To motivate people to increase the consumption of household products in our society.

Pumpkins are grownallaroundtheworldfor a variety of reasonsrangingfromagriculturalpurposes (such as animal feed) tocommercial and ornamental sales. Out of thesevencontinents, onlyAntarcticaisunableto produce pumpkins; thebiggestinternationalproducers of pumpkinsincludetheUnitedStates, Mexico, India, and China, so thisproductwe are goingto use are imported, it ensuresthehighquality of productwe are goingtoselltoourcustomers.

Besides simple starches, sweetpotatoes are rich in complexcarbohydrates, dietaryfiber, beta carotene (a vitamin A equivalentnutrient), vitamin C, and vitamin B6. Pink, yellow and greenvarieties are high in carotene, the precursor of vitamin A.
