1. Healthy Slice
Foxtail millet is rich in proteins, fats, carbohydrates, dietary
fiber, vitamins and minerals.
It is good for the spleen and stomach, and has been applied to food therapy for
thousands of years . After shelling and milling, millet is suitable for human
Consumption. As whole grains have been proven to reduce the risk of diabetes, obesity,
colorectal cancer, and cardiovascular disease, saying buh bye to gluten and its
allergies, improves nerve muscle sync.
The use of composite flour to make bread is also a recent global development.
Furthermore, due to the development of some social, economic, and health-related
concepts, on top foxtail rich in Vitamin B12 which is essential for maintaining a healthy
heart, smooth functioning of the nervous system, and in general good for skin and hair
growth. A diet including Foxtail Millet may improve glycemic control and reduce insulin,
cholesterol and fasting glucose in Type-2 diabetes patients.
the use of whole-grain flour is a strategy for developing healthy food.
Whole-grain cereals are the focus of much research and an important component of a
healthy diet . Fox tail steamed bread is a staple diet in China I therefore came up with
fermented & baked version of Foxtail dough i.e. “Healthy slice”

With ambition and mission to provide healthy bite option to the people who follow a
fitness regime, work out in gyms or home ,the obese trying to loose weight, the diabetic
and the obese craving for a healthy bite option I want to provide each one of them globally
a healthy option that will help them, Not only satisfy their hunger but heal them from
Inside, make this bread part of a balanced diet plan, I look forward to raise funding to come
up with “Healthy Bite “ Bakery in India and cater to entire country though it would require
more than one bakery in different regions to cater to whole of India, I then want to cater
to Pan Asia and thereafter expand globally and provide a healthy bite at very affordable
price.

According to my research 5 percent of the 1.4 billion Indian population is obese,
In 2020 there were 4.77 million cardiac patients in India, there are 4.77 million diabetics in
India the number is growing is all
because of lack the basic dietary awareness and myths that wheat and animal milk is good for
health while its not .64 % of Indian population doesn't work out at all.
The prevalent myth that brown bread or whole wheat flour bread is good for health, Its all bad
or negative grain bi products intake in all them Indians, Multi grain bread is made from cheap
neutral grain and a mix of wheat flour in multigrain breads sold in India to reduce the cost
and achieve the desired texture and strength that doesn't have the health benefits is a
common practice .The Indian bread market alone is of 2.1 billion US Dollars and growing out
of which 15 % is of multi grain bread . Revenue in the Bread market amounts to US$52.73bn
in 2023. The market is expected to grow annually by 8.64% (CAGR 2023-2028).There is a dare
need for a revolutionary Fox tail baked “Healthy Slice” as there is no such commercially sold
bread in the global market yet
4. Marketing Plan
I have an Envisage infinitive strategy based on “Envisage Infinitive “ the marketing
model I created can be used for our bread, backing up a cause to make the
marcom Plan successful and Position our bread centrally in the cosmopolitan and
metropolitan clusters ,Doing BTL, i.e. Digital Marketing, Sponsorships ,quiz factor
and the ATL marketing through TV adverts to spread the awareness and wipe off
All the Competition and offer win a prize and cash back offers to our customers and
there after penetrate smaller clusters gradually.
5. Supply chain
I have sorted out the supply chain as I have a company that helps you out with the supply chain
,transportation and ware housing Nationally ,I therefore will be outsourcing the logistics and
warehousing to cut down the capital cost initially till we grow that big where we can afford out
own if that would be feasible and profitable, I will hire an experienced sales team to promote
and sell and take orders for our bread.
6. Our Products
I have come up with a regular foxtail positive grain flour 100 % vegan Sandwich loaf, other
Variants (a vegan baguette) and both vegan baguette and bread loaf that will have green
tea properties along with its own properties.
7. Value Proposition
Out of 1.4 billion hungry potential customers, If we manage to sell our bread to say
Million customers a day all over the country and if we keep a net margin of 10 INR we will
be making 10 million INR a day i.e. 1,20,232.00 United States Dollar out of which
I will be giving my investors a 30 % cut.
8. Financials
For setting up a bakery in India at a cheapest feasible point will require = $400,000
Re occurring cost i.e. wages of the employees& over heads and a yearly runway
=$ 300,000
Total =$700,000
9. Summary
There is a dare need for our product that will provide a healthy & nourishing eating option
To Indian bread consumers, besides being healthy option the market is huge and growing
and with the right marketing it will become every middle class ,upper middle class and rich
House Holds healthy & necessary product. Its highly feasible requires a cash cow
investment and will give star category returns i.e. high ROI, beating the Boston System of
Matrix.
