Letter of introduction and recommendation

This is to introduce Catherine Hontz Mitchem an employee of our companies for 2 years and
to give testimony to her performance as an employee.
Catherine’s duties as a CRT were met with frequent praise from our patients and her
willingness to work relentlessly to meet the needs of all patients regardless of day of the
week or the hour of day were a refreshing change from the usual employee at our company.
Her personality of being full of smiles and an informative willing to take on any task outside
the normal scope of duties was amazing to watch.
Catherine was solely responsible to take the companies through the nightmare task of getting
JCAHO accredited. When we went through the inspection we came up with only 4 minor
corrections. The auditor statedin 15 years no one had evermade it in the first try and
usually there were dozens of criteria that companies did not meet those four minor
correction were a record achievement.
