1. From looking at existing products, layouts and constructing
research I found out ways to attract my target audience. This
including images and features stories which would automatically
appeal to my readers. Many of the props and costumes in my
images are props which the audience would desire to want and
wear and the locations they would like to be. Also by putting a
artist in the main images which have the genre of music dance
and clubbing which is my genre will interest them if they like the
artist music and is a fan. To do this I researched the type of artists
would be featured and the type of mise-en-scene used. I also
looked for competitions and events so I regularly looked on Mix
Mag’s website and kept up to date with the latest news and
events. This was good for my audience as I know my audience
would want to purchase my product because of this information
and visual imagery in this. To bring my final product together i
used a colour scheme which relates back to my music genre,
making my product conventional and stereotypically making it
relate to the genre of music therefore making it easier for my
audience to recognise my product.

2. In a form of a questionnaire I
got audience feedback off 10
people. The questionnaire
asks questions from the
layout, music genre to price
and content.
As shown I did this
questionnaire in a form of a
tally and from this information I
am going to turn this into a
graphs to show the positives
and negative information I
collected, this will benefit me
as it gives me clear knowledge
how to improve my product in
the future.
