Faisal Imtiaz is a local representative of Challenge Future (C:F) in Pakistan who uses various channels to promote C:F, including seminars, public speaking, university websites and journals, social media, youth camps, and introductory campaigns. His plan involves reaching communities through these channels, creating tangible local impact by supporting projects, encouraging youth participation at the local level through C:F hubs/chapters, and conducting local competitions in local languages to engage more young people. As a local representative, he has published information about C:F on his university website and journal, and was selected as one of the top three local representatives of C:F Global in 2012 due to his promotional activities.

2. MY plan
Reaching
communit
ies
Creating tangible
impact C:F Competitions &
Summits at Local
Level.
Encouraging
youth
participation
at local level
3. My Plan
1) Reaching Communities: Being a local representative of C:F I always tried to reach the masses
adopting different methods like social media , Mobile SMS , conferences, Youth camps
,meetings, delivering message about C:F through presentations at different universities & then
keeping them in contact through phone calls & SMS, keeping their interest alive .
2) Creating tangible Impact: I think so far we are not very much successful in creating real tangible
impact in societies, we are focusing more on number rather what has actually been done on
grounds. We should think about transforming plans into actions by supporting projects &
keeping an eye on outcomes.
3) Encouraging Youth participation at Local level: To achieve local impact & active youth
participation C:F can acts like an umbrella and support local projects run by C:F hubs/Chapters
keeping in view the local issues & needs also allow local hubs to collaborate with other
organizations working on same issues that can help in achieving the desire outcomes and in
other way it will help in expansion of C:F at local levels and also helps us in making our access
possible to the youth of remote areas .
4) Local Summits & local Competitions: I want C:F to also conduct competitions at C:F
chapter/hubs in a local languages critically focusing on local ,national or regional issues it will
enhance their interest to participate in competitions because I have met lot of young people
who want to participate in Competitions but they are unable to express their ideas in English so
in this way we are excluding masses from being a part of C:F family.
