1. The I AM Foundation Internship
Title: Social Media and Special Events Intern
Overview:
Interns will be responsible for the upkeep of the social media sites and for special
events for the I AM Foundation including Facebook and Twitter. They will also
be in charge of the blog for the organization on the website. Interns will be given
the opportunity to give creative and advertising input. Interns will also help with
event planning for local events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:
• Weekly posting schedule for social media sites
• A weekly blog post
• Finding and creating picture posts
• Working on online fundraising campaigns
• Working on live and in person events
Qualifications:
• Proficient in social media
• Able to do basic photo editing
• Strong attention to detail
• Task-oriented
• Self-starter
• Excellent at verbal and written communication skills
