 My dream job is CEO of a company named
  GreenIn which I will start in future.
 The aim of this company is to develop micro-
  environments in offices,residential
  buildings,schools,living spaces etc….
 Without any doubt Head office of this company will
  be situated in most polluted city in India that is
  Mumbai.
 If we succeed in this city then it will give us
  confidence that we will succeed in remaining places.
About the company and work……….

This company mainly collaborates with construction companies and
Green Tech companies.

A normal working day in this company will look like
this…..          10AM-11 AM

 It means to develop an environment in any activity space which will
  improve the living conditions of that space compared to external
  environment.
 This industry will boom in near future due to environmental
  degradation on our planet earth.
 It is also most efficient method for improving living conditions because
  macro environment cannot be developed easily…
 Also it is assumed that pollution may raise upto 35% by 2022.
 It is also evident that corporate giants like google,facebook etc.. are
  trying to make working environment more comfortable for their
  employees to increase their productivity. This clearly projects needs in
  future.

  production efficiency.

  assistance body,Decision Analysis body,Technology innovation body
  etc….to ensure extreme accuracy in decision making which is critical
  for FUTURE companies.

theoretical , practical, life, communication
skills…….
Students should be aware of global situations.
Physical education also plays a vital role.
Students should be both mentally and physically
strong.
Global exposure in initial stages of student life is
must.

Class should be perfectly digitalized and contain
all required equipment for interactive education.

management jobs in future)

 All the stated skills in perfect education scenario and in particular leadership
  skills which are not taught but we should develop ourselves.
 Critical Thinking .
 Should be enthusiastic and creative.
 Pressure Resistant skills etc..

    some of these are not taught in any university
so we should develop by ourselves……

My Dream job in 2022 is a green job……………  My dream job is CEO of a company named GreenIn which I will start in future.  The aim of this company is to develop micro- environments in offices,residential buildings,schools,living spaces etc….  Without any doubt Head office of this company will be situated in most polluted city in India that is Mumbai.  If we succeed in this city then it will give us confidence that we will succeed in remaining places.
  • 3. About the company and work………. This company mainly collaborates with construction companies and Green Tech companies. A normal working day in this company will look like this….. 10AM-11 AM Reviewing previous day work. 4PM-5PM 11:10 AM-1PM End day activity Allocated work hour for that day 2 PM-4PM 1PM-2PM creative Break and solution hours special activity

Micro environment development……  It means to develop an environment in any activity space which will improve the living conditions of that space compared to external environment.  This industry will boom in near future due to environmental degradation on our planet earth.  It is also most efficient method for improving living conditions because macro environment cannot be developed easily…  Also it is assumed that pollution may raise upto 35% by 2022.  It is also evident that corporate giants like google,facebook etc.. are trying to make working environment more comfortable for their employees to increase their productivity. This clearly projects needs in future.

Company’s management …..  CEO take care of all critical activities of the company.  Director for Human Resource Management(HRM) takes care of employees and their needs.To ensure accuracy in process of thinking HRM department consists of 3 directors.  Every department will be headed by highly talented Directors.Some important departments are Finance and Capital regulating body, client assistance body,Decision Analysis body,Technology innovation body etc….to ensure extreme accuracy in decision making which is critical for FUTURE companies.

A company’s future depends on CEO…… So this is my dream job……

Students should be aware of global situations. Physical education also plays a vital role. Students should be both mentally and physically strong. Global exposure in initial stages of student life is must. Future class room… Class should be perfectly digitalized and contain all required equipment for interactive education.

Required skills especially for my job are….(extra skills for management jobs in future)  All the stated skills in perfect education scenario and in particular leadership skills which are not taught but we should develop ourselves.  Critical Thinking .  Should be enthusiastic and creative.  Pressure Resistant skills etc.. some of these are not taught in any university so we should develop by ourselves…… Future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams Eleanor Roosevelt
