freedom in working as compared to their
Work-from-home counterparts.
B. Challenging the assumptions
and questioning the status quo:
1. What if there is a way in which
employees working in a hybrid model
could coordinate to give better results?
2. How could both the categories of
employees trust each other?
3. What are some ways in which managers
could create an equal space for
employees, both in office and at home?
IDEA GENERATION
1.Refine hybrid meetings- using VR
setups to virtually transport all employees
to a common platform
2. Re-onboard entire team- setting clear
expectations about which employee should
do what
3. Being Inclusive- create a space
wherein both the categories of employees
feel involved

concerns.
B. HP- notes that open communication should be part of day-to-day
business practices for all employees.
2. Using Cloud and Artificial Intelligence to modernize and secure hybrid
work such as the one used by Infosys-Infosys Modern device Management
for Hybrid work:
3. Give feedback: When employees receive constant feedback, it gives
them a sense of belonging, purpose and direction within the organization.

such as Adobe, and Autodesk and New

develop highly intuitive, experiential

high-performing people and make it easy to
find the right job and apply quickly.
