  project	
  oriented

course

  enrollment

  • 2. edu4change4development   1.  Our  insight  gained  about  what  consumers  really   value  and  what  features  they  need   •  The  interviews  describe  the  insights  from  the  Canvas  Model.  The  interviews  shown   our  points  of  view.  We  detect  and  confirm  issues  in  young  people  as:   –  I  want  to  be  my  own  boss  but  I  think  there  is  a  division  that  is  not  knowing  exactly  what  is   entrepreneurship  (is  the  feeling  I  had).   –  I  want/like  to  improve  my  future.   –  This  is  not  as  easy  as  i  think,  a  good  idea  is  not  enough,  I  need  preparaQon  again,  I  think  most   young  people  didn't  know  about  entrepreneurship,  so  I  think  very  important  our  idea.     –  I  do  not  know  about  that  is  entrepreneurship,  but  always  others,  the  government,  my   teachers  talk  about  it,  but  I  dont  know  if  they  really  known  about  this  topic.   –  I  need  all  the  informaQon  about  entrepreneuship  free,  but  I  could  pay  a  bit,  but  the  young   people  dont  know  how  much  money  to  pay  because  they  didn't  any  kinf  of  plaSorm.   •  And,  about  the  team,  the  insight  gained:   –  They  need  partners  but  we  provide  a  net  of  entrepreneurships   –  They  need  support,  we  provide  a  MOOC  course  which  provide  universal,  vitalicy  and  personal   educaQon,  in  parallel  a  net  of  support  with  experts  in  Entrepreneurship   •  Such  insight  led  us  to  refine  the  value  proposiQon,  and  define  a  storyboard.

  • 4. edu4change4development   3.  Our  survey   •  Our  surveys  was/included   –  Interview  online  and  face-­‐to-­‐face  youn  people   •  At  the  first  survey  we  collected  75  interviews   •  At  the  second  survey  we  add  16  interviews   –  Our  survey  included  young  people  in  rank  16-­‐25  (potenQally  subranked   16-­‐18  /  19-­‐21  /  22-­‐25),  and  from  several  countries  (actually  we  have   interviews  from  several  LATAM  countries,  Spain,  Portugal,  and  Vietnam).   –  We  interview  people  from  developing  countries.  We  include  Spain  and   Protugal,  because  the  young  people  suffer  today  similar  problems  with  their   futur.   –  The  survey  included  process  more  interviews  online  (16)  and  to  trinagulate   data  from  internaQonal  organizaQons  related  with  entrepreneurship.    
  • 5. edu4change4development   4.  The  survey  was  informaQve  for  our  startup  idea?   •  Our  interviews  were  useful.  They  provide  very  useful   informaQon.  And,  the  survey  is  very  important  and   useful.  The  survey  is  strategic  tool.   •  The  survey  helped  to  deepen  the  triangular  potenQal   market  and  beber  the  data  obtained  in  the  interviews.   •  But,  the  interview  need  examples  in  any  quesQons  (3,   4  and  5)  because  young  people  didn´t  understand  any   quesQons  in  general.

  • 7. edu4change4development   6.  Our  market  size   •  We  see  that  our  market  can  be  2-­‐3%  of  the   market  for  young  people.     •  This  %  in  countries  with  young  prople   interviewed  is  a  large  %  populaQon,  and   because  the  governments  are  interested  to   have  people  contribuQng  to  the  economic   system  and  social  security  systems.

  • 9. edu4change4development   8.  We  think  about  who  in  parQcular  their  target   market  really  is?   •  Our  market  is  more  breadth.  It  include  young  people,   people  no  work,  workers  wishing  to  create  or  to  be  a   entrepreneurship,  but,  we  think,    we  not  should   include  younge  people  from  16  to  18,  or  create  other   MOOC  course.  At  this  moment  we  are  created  a   general  funcQonal  prototype  to  observe  issues.     •  Late,  we  need  to  think  in  an  introductory  course  for   people  of  16-­‐18  years  old.  This  introductory  course   would  be  possible  for  anyone  interested.  
  • 10. edu4change4development   9.    If  the  market  size  in  terms  of  dollars  is  small,   does  the  team  seem  aware  of  this?   •  Our  market  is  very  big.  We  start  in  the  project  oriented  to  LATAM,  but   now  our  market  not  only  inclupe  people  from  LATAM,  furthermore  it   include  young  people  of  language  Portuguese  and  English.  And  the  market   now  is  abracQve  to  not  include  only  young  people,  because  our  product   could  be  abracQve  to  people  no  work,  workers  wishing  to  create  or  to  be   a  entrepreneurship,     •  When  we  think  in  young  people,  this  market  not  provide  money,  we  need   partners  to  provide  money  at  the  start  (crowfounding,  GNO,  government,   enterprise  clusters,  angels  business,  private  financists,  etc.).  When  the   MOOC  will  be  consolidated  we  can  create  a  "tax"  to  be  part  of  the  net  of   entrepreneurships  (more  cheap)  and  a  "collaboraQon"  to  be  part  of  the   course  (an  enrollment  very  cheap).       •  When  we  think  in  other  people,  we  can  charge  "some"    dollars/euros  by     enrollment  in  the  course.
