Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is the largest airline in Scandinavia, serving as the flag carrier of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Formed in 1946 through a consortium of the national airlines of those three countries, SAS now carries over 25 million passengers annually and had revenues of 3.94 billion Euros in 2012. SAS operates flights from hubs in Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen to 120 destinations worldwide using a fleet of 134 aircraft, primarily from Airbus and Boeing but also some Bombardier aircraft.
