U vašu kuću dolaze građevinski inspektori koji utvrđuju
da objekat nije legalan i donose rešenje o rušenju

2. korak
Opština vas poziva i traži da im dostavite odgovarajuću
dokumentaciju

4. korak
Izrada izveštaja o zatečenom stanju sa elaboratom
geodetskih radova (radi projektni biro,cena do 9.000rsd)

5. korak
Kompletiranu dokumentaciju dostavljate opštini

6. korak
Ako je sve u redu, opština vas obaveštava da treba da
uplatite odgovarajuću taksu

7. korak
Dostavljate opštini dokaz o uplati takse

Takse za kuće i stanove

Vlasnici kuća i stanova će morati da plate taksu u
odnosu na veličinu objekta koji nameravaju da legalizuju
do 100 kvadratnih metara, taksa je 5.000 dinara
za objekte do 200 kvadrata 15.000 dinara
do 300 kvadrata će plaćati 20.000 dinara
do 400 kvadratnih metara na ime takse 50.000 dinara

Opština izdaje rešenje o ozakonjenju i upisuje vas u
katastar kao vlasnika
