20. I work exclusively with solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and small businesses (1-5 people). In order to
ensure that I am the right fit for the client (and they are a right fit for me), I qualify each client to
ensure that they are fully committed to growing their business and understand the investment in
time and money that it will take.
For each client that I work with, I spend the first 30 days learning their business – inside and out. I
spend time finding out where the pressure points are, what areas they need the most help in
and how to quickly clean up the areas and items that are holding the business back. I also ask
for a client ‘wish-list’. These are the items that they want to see imparted into the business or
goals they have for growth or even that they want to take a vacation! This allows me to better
understand the client and what’s most important to them.

I’ve built a small intimate team of virtual assistants, graphic designers and web developers, all of
which have extensive business experience. Each individual on my team has been vetted and
has had to pass the ultimate test…impressing me! I’m a perfectionist and I demand the best…no
exceptions. My team knows it and they all have the work ethic, mindset and skills to deliver. They
know there is no room for drama, excuses or anything less than 150% - and they thrive on
providing the best.
