 2019 – Payscale acquired by Francisco Partners (advisor=Kirkland) from Warburg Pincus for $325m. 
 
 2019 ‐ Engage2Excel Group of Companies, a portfolio company of Comvest Partners, acquired Rideau Inc, a Canada‐
based provider of employee recognition solutions. 
 
 2019 – Jobvite [$200m, K1] acquires Rolepoint for $40m, and also Canvas & Talemetry.  
 
 2019 – Compensation Advisory Partners acquires Vivient Consulting. 
 
 2019 ‐ Eliassen Group, a strategic consulting and talent solutions firm, acquires professional services and management
