2. Obtained the 1st rank in the University of Pune for academics in 2004, 2005 and consistently remained amongst the top three performers in the University. Selected as best outgoing student from undergraduate institution and was awarded TCS gold medal, Jagannath gold medal and Saraswati gold medal for academic performance.
3. Led the college in 2006 for the Robocon Contest – a pan-Asia annual robotics competition. Final stages of the competition were broadcast live on Indian national television.

Explored the use of CRFs for monaural segregation of voiced speech by integrating CASA-based cues.
