Re: Letter of Recommendation
This to confirm Mr. Bundu Dumbuya worked at ANSA Polymer from February 2013 to November 2014
as Cost Accountant.
Based on Bundu’s deliverables and his vast understanding of the manufacturing processes in general,
he adapted to quickly understand our processes, which was in sync to configuration of the AX system
to best practice. He added tremendous value to the Production & Costing module,
which Management observed his leadership for the varied process and communication skills, which
steered the success of the implementation.
Bundu overall took to his role with a high sense of commitment and dedication in the execution to
build a Standard Costing Model from Zero. He took great pleasure in studying the processes involved
in the manufacture of the SKU’s and determined machine capacity through expected output by time,
which gave management full visibility of our costing. This is the 1st time the company took such a deep
dive into the study of production cost for which Management is extremely satisfied with Bundu’s
performance.
This major project enabled the study and understanding for the components of production cost,
which Bundu completed with excellence and was highly commended by Management and the BOD.
I make no hesitation in recommending Bundu to any employer whom he has expressed interest in.
