CCW MiraDrain 9000 has been chosen for approximately
300m2 extensive green roof as drainage material. Its core
provides a channel for excessive water to drain and its
monofilament woven fabric directly contact with soil is used
for filtration, which allows fine particles to be drained away
with the excessive water and block the large particles to enter
the core to avoid clogging occurs in drain port.
Structural loading is the most important design consideration
in green roof system. Thus, excellent drainage performance
and anti-clogging property are critical for solving this concern
by ensuring excessive water will be drained away quickly and
would not add extra loading to the structure. Moreover,
MiraDRAIN can also reduce the time and labor cost of
constructing green roof system.
