You will need your BTC Student Identification Number (SID) 8########
You may look your SID up here:

4. Student Network Login
For on-campus use of networked computers in classrooms, labs and library:
Username: lastname(last4digitsofSID)
i.e. smith1234
Password (default): btc-mmddyyyy

5. BTC Student Links Page
This is a very useful page for students who want to access or
log in to their BTC student accounts.
Find myBTC Portal, change your password, or check your SID.
On the BTC website, click on Student Links at the top of the
page.

6. myBTC Portal
Username: lastname1234
Password: btc-mmddyyyy
Or use your Student Network Login
What can you do in the myBTC Portal?
• Check your classes
• Access your canvas courses
• View your printing account balance
• Read campus announcements
• Access your fafsa
• …and more!

7. Student Email
All BTC students are assigned an Office 365 email account.
Username: lastname1234@beltc.ctc.edu
(lastname last4numbersofSID @beltc.ctc.edu)
Password (default): btc-mmddyyyy
(btc – youreightdigitbirthday)
Log in from the Student Links webpage, or from:
http://www.btc.edu/StudentEmailLink
Get help with your student email here:

8. OneDrive – using cloud tools to create, store and submit your work

9. Online Classes - Canvas
Get to Canvas here: https://btc.instructure.com
or via the Student Login page.
Username: BTC SID
Password: First 6 letters of your last name If your name has
fewer than 6 letters, start spelling your last name again until
you get to 6.
