5. Exit Criteria
The green cards define the
exit criteria, what needs to be
done in order for the card to
progress.

6. Blocker
Blocker stickies are applied to
cards that are blocked. The
sticky will include the card
number, blocker reason, the
start and end date

7. Defect
When a defect is found to
reoccur on a defect card an
orange sticky is attached. This
has the defect description, the
card number with the defect,
the start and end date.

8. Improvement Tasks
Every fortnight the team get
together for a retrospective, the
improvement items they agree to
work on are attached to the side
of the board to help the team
focus on them.
