There are three key tools that will help your reps send
relevant content to their prospects faster.

7. Email templates provide a standard
structure for every email that
automatically populates the subject line
and body of the email.
Email templates remove friction from
your sales process by giving your reps
quick access to premade emails that can
be tailored to the needs of a specific
prospect.

8. A repository for sales documents that
gives you visibility into who views what
and for how long.
You can add documents into templates
much the same way as you add
personalization tokens and meeting links,
or you can add placeholder tokens to
remind your reps to share a piece of
content that's relevant to the person
they're emailing. Either way, you'll be
empowering your reps to send out the
content that will be most relevant to their
prospects.

9. A tool where you can quickly add
commonly used phrases or paragraphs
to many places in HubSpot.
We can insert our snippet into the middle
of it using the shortcut. Snippets also

Simplifying Your Appointments With
Meetings
Meetings is a tool that gives your prospects the
power to book time directly on their rep's calendar.
Once a meeting link is created, there are a lot of
different tools you can combine it with inside of
HubSpot.
There are many other places you can use meeting
links throughout HubSpot.
You can create email templates that will
automatically insert the sender's meeting link. And if
you put a template like that into a sequence, the
sequence will terminate if the recipient books a
meeting. You can create chatbots that book
meetings with website visitors, or you can embed a
meeting page right on your website.
11. And of course, you can report on all
these things using HubSpot reporting.
But start small.
Make sure everyone on your sales team
has their own meeting links and
encourage them to share those links with
interested prospects.
From there, you can build up to having
meeting links in the places where
interested buyers are most likely to find
them

Editor's Notes
Every template needs three things: A name, a subject, and a body. The name is only used internally. Your contacts will never see the template name, so feel free to call it whatever makes the most sense for your internal processes.
The subject will become the subject line for every email that gets sent using this template. Keep it short and relevant. You can add personalization tokens to the subject line if you want. Personalization tokens pull information from the relevant CRM records.

To get to your documents, go up to the main navigation, and click "Sales," and then select "Documents" from the drop-down menu. This is the Documents page. Here, you can upload documents you want your team to be able to share.
To do that, click the "Upload new document" button and find the file you want to upload. Once you've done that, the document will be added to this list. If you hover your mouse over a document and click the preview button, you can see what your prospect will see when they open a document that's shared with them.
They're brought to this viewer here, where they can scroll through the document, and Sales Hub will keep track of which pages they view and how long they spend on each one. That way, you know exactly how engaged a prospect is with a particular piece of content.
Let's take a look at how snippets work. To get to the Snippets page, go up to the main navigation, click on "Conversations," and then select "Snippets" from the drop-down menu. This is the Snippets page. To create a new snippet, click "Create snippet."
