This is a meditation retreat that teach you about the insight to loving-kindness with a
spiritual guidance for those that are seeking freedom of the mind and heart. The content
of this teaching is Buddhist Knowas. They help you develop awareness and compassion
in ourselves, giving rise to greater peace and happiness as you connect to your feelings. I
can reap the benefits of self-happiness and peace of mind as I meditate on how to develop
a greater peace within myself. This can help me to transform to a better clarity of the
mind, compassion for others and to find a greater sense of happiness.

The Institute of Noetic Science: Mind/Body Research
This research is to introduce the consciousness of how science plays a role in
consciousness healing. This will give insight as to how this can play a role of healing and
how important it will be to individuals. This is important for those that have different
belief systems. This education can further enhance my knowledge on making decisions
for each individual as I incorporate the practices of mind/body healing.
