Vistara is Tata's third airline venture in India, and they are doing several things differently from competitors. Vistara offers a full-service experience on Airbus aircraft for domestic Indian flights. They charge slightly higher ticket prices than competitors but offer loyalty points based on actual spending rather than miles flown. Vistara also aims for a low-cost structure through IT innovations and efficient personnel while maintaining a full-service experience. Additionally, Vistara is the first Indian airline to offer three cabin classes consisting of business, premium economy, and economy sections.
