INTRODUCTION 
 Corporate entrepreneurship is defined as the process 
whereby an individual or a group of individuals, 
venturing with an existing organization, create a new 
organization or innovation within that organization or 
their product. 
 Students can analyse the innovation culture in large 
firms. 
 To realize the corporate entrepreneurship practices that 
support high performance work systems.
PART 1 
 AirAsia established in 1993, commenced operations in 1996. 
 In 2001, Tune Air Sdn Bhd purchased this airline from DRB-Hicom. 
 AirAsia’s first and main base is the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) at 
Kuala Lumpur International Airport 
 claims ‘No Admin Fee’, but has some fees for services which are free on 
other airlines and the airasia slogan is ‘Now Everyone Can Fly’ 
 AirAsia is set to take low-cost flying to an all new high with our belief, 
"Now Everyone Can Fly". 
 For the competitors, mas and malindo 
 as a airasia company their provide a lot of strategi and attract more 
opportunity to give an discount or make low cost to provide and attract 
more customer.
