Project Rationale The creation of a health education department is the best project that
every institution of higher education and communities should expect. First, formalizing
these departments will raise the value of education that every institution offers since they
will all have the privilege to offer the prestigious health sciences programs. This will be
particularly beneficial to art schools that are often less prestigious and appealing to the
students. The provision of equipment and other resources in every hospital education
department would be beneficial to the staff, students, and the members of the community as
it will provide access to cheap health services. • As such, institutions should expect to
generate more revenues in the future and to contribute more to the surrounding
communities and society. • Establishing dedicated hospital education departments in every
institution of higher learning will raise the quality of education and increase funding. • First,

detailing the problem and the relevance of the proposed solution. The decision to involve
policymakers is to ensure that they can design appropriate policies that will strengthen the
project and ensure that it is a permanent element of the education system. Besides, they will
play a critical role in allocating the necessary budget for the project and reviewing the
