hospital education department in each institution. In this case, all institutions of higher
learning will be expected to create a department that is dedicated to health education
programs, including the issuance of health services to the students and community. While
such departments are only typical in select institutions of higher learning, the government,
institutional management teams, directors, investors, and community will be required to
work collaboratively to ensure that their respective institutions have created such a
department. Project Rationale The creation of a health education department is the best
project that every institution of higher education and communities should expect. First,
formalizing these departments will raise the value of education that every institution offers
since they will all have the privilege to offer the prestigious health sciences programs. This
will be particularly beneficial to art schools that are often less prestigious and appealing to
the students. The provision of equipment and other resources in every hospital education
department would be beneficial to the staff, students, and the members of the community as
it will provide access to cheap health services. • As such, institutions should expect to
generate more revenues in the future and to contribute more to the surrounding
communities and society. • Establishing dedicated hospital education departments in every
institution of higher learning will raise the quality of education and increase funding. • First,
the project will raise the relevance of health sciences programs, which will lead to the
commitment of more resources from the institutions and the government.

2. Personal/Professional Expectations The project will of significant benefit to individual
nurses and the entire profession. Personally, I expect the relevance of my profession and the
number of employment opportunities to increase. Since the project will make hospital
education a central element of higher education, it will be possible to raise health access
and the budget that is assigned to health services. While the quality of education that I gain
will improve through the dedicated department, the number of employment opportunities,
and the benefits associated with it will also rise. As such, I feel that the success of the
program will be a personal gain. • Professionally, the program will contribute significantly
to the quality of services that nurses offer, their relevance in healthcare settings, and the

(Allensworth, 1999). Additionally, Wenke and Mickan (2016) argued that schools and
health education departments play a critical role in improving the quality of health by
advancing health research. Procedure The project will start with an advocacy process. In
this case, a report will be tabled to policymakers and other relevant stakeholders detailing
the problem and the relevance of the proposed solution. The decision to involve
policymakers is to ensure that they can design appropriate policies that will strengthen the
project and ensure that it is a permanent element of the education system. Besides, they will
play a critical role in allocating the necessary budget for the project and reviewing the
existing health and education laws to accommodate the change. If the project is approved, a
comprehensive awareness campaign will be carried out at the community and institutional
level. This will be to prepare the institutions about the project and its importance, while the
