• Up until the early 1900’s pharmaceutical medicines were
referred to as “Alternative Medicines” and traditional
natural medicines were regarded as conventional
medicine
• This obviously has shifted drastically and in todays world
most natural systems of medicine such as Ayurveda and
Homeopathy are regarded as Alternative Medicines in
some countries, and merely “supplements” in others
• The ability to Patent chemical products and then
therefore perform adequate trials and procure necessary
government approvals to market them as medicine, is
the primary cause that has led to natural medicines no
longer being regarded as medicine.

4. About Nature’s Medicine
• Nature’s medicines can roughly be classified as Nutraceuticals,
Herbs and Homeopathics
– Nutraceuticals: The term is applied to products that are essentially isolated
nutrients, vitamins, minerals and amino acids naturally occurring in nature and
present in the mineral, plant, animal and human kingdom
– Herbs: are derived from plants and have been used extensively through time as
medicine. Often the entire plant or part of the plant is used and now increasingly
specific extracts of a plant are used. The ancients studied plants in light of their 5
element properties and modern scientists now study plants in terms of their
active molecules.
– Homeopathics: are dilutions of active molecules done in a manner where the end
dilution contains no physical matter whatsoever. Only the memory of the diluted
substance remains and hence only the information of the diluted substance is
passed onto the body when a homeopathic is ingested

5. The Need for Nature’s Medicines
• Allopathy is great for Critical care and Symptomatic
Relief, It however fails when it comes to lasting relief. No
cures whatsoever, only management therapies
• Our Body is 100% nature and only nature can heal it
• Enormous amounts of data that shows how natural
remedies can outperform pharmaceuticals in the long
term management of ailments. Question is are the
Doctors and Governments of Today studying it?

registered as medicine in the interests of Public health

planet.

• Question is do we bother with this or set
