Who are your typical customers are they individuals? or other companies
The Low income earner as well as the Middle class in the society will be targeted. Majority of Africa population
consists of the middle class as well as the low income earners and housing as been a major issue for them. More
so companies that needs shelter for their staffs will also require our services.
• Where are these customers based? Are they local? Or nationwide? or even international?
The customers are more of Africa as well as Nigeria based, our tentacles may spread across the Atlantic as time
goes on but it will be a future plan
• What is special about your product or service that will prompt customers to buy it?
Housing is a challenge in Africa (Nigeria), Once the structural question is being answered. People will prefer our
method of housing as a result of the sustainability, cheap accommodation, time effective as well
less dependence on Landlords milking tenants dry which is a common problem in Nigeria especially the major
cities
• Which factors help your customers choose which business to buy from?
Time management,
Efficiency of the Service render,
Cheap,
Availability of Services at their finger tips (especially in Major cities)
• Have you sold products or services to customers already?
No , Not Yet, but it has been discussed with some potential investors and they received it well.
• Are there customers waiting to buy your product or service?
Yes, the reception is fine from people I discussed it with and hopefully it will be a successful project putting roof on
so many family's head at an affordable rate.
