Make a Positive Change
• Everybody is interested in a “Positive
Change”
• “Self-awareness’’ sets us looking for ways
to improve ourselves
• Personal success or professional success,
the benefits of self improvement are felt in
all aspects of life
• What can you do for it???
Start a Hobby
• Choose something you were always
interested in, yet never pursued
• Since you are already interested, so it will
be a fun
• Since you have little experience so you
have to ‘LEARN’ something new and that’s
ALWAYS good
• This helps to keep your mind sharp
Overcome a Weakness
• Weaknesses often stem from your fears
that have origin in your lack of familiarity
• By overcoming just one of your fear, you
again ‘LEARN’ something new
• We also prove to yourselves, ‘yes, I can do
it’
• This boosts confidence and self-esteem
Start Early
• Set your clock for taking advantage of
peace and quiet affiliated with early
morning hours
• It’s amazing to know how much more you
can do in an efficient manner
• Feeling of self satisfaction by
accomplishing so much more is amazing
• This gives you more zest for the rest of the
day and increases feeling of well being
Exercise
• In the present ‘push button’ society,
exercise is an absolute must
• Your Body and Mind need to be fed and
challenged to perform their best
• Exercise helps Brain and Muscles with
better oxygen supplies
• Exercise for sure has a positive impact on
your life
Just Ask
• This takes a lot of ‘courage’ which is an
experience unto itself
• Ask those who know you the best what
they perceive as a weakness of yours
• Their honest insight will single out
something you would never have
identified for yourself
• With their input/ feedback, act upon it by
addressing the weakness
Plan Your Day
• “Prioritise” what you want to accomplish
• By better coordinating your day in
advance you can accomplish more with lot
more satisfaction
• You will find yourself becoming more
‘proactive’ rather than ‘reactive’ to events
• You take ‘command’ of your day and
become more productive
Take Action
• How often have you ‘learnt’ something
new and never applied it?
• Begin to take action on things you learn –
you get involved in something new and it
also adds ‘spice’ to your life
• Learning is great but applying your new
knowledge is even better
Making a Positive Change
• Making Positive Changes will give you
immediate benefits, and
• It’s not hard to do
• You will build on your successes
• Will make you Happier and more
Productive
• Will, for sure, leave a feeling of Fulfillment
