I have provided Business Transformations and Service Transformations as recently as my last role
with Next Source.
As a Sr. Business Architect, I was responsible for :
• Defining requirements for a system that had long outlived any previous written Requirements
• Refining the understanding of HOW the Requirements expressed by the client were to be
implented.
• Reverse engineering the data GETS and PUTS from the Legacy Application using Kibana to extract
the Parameters, the JSON Payload and map to the new system RESTful APIs.
• Provided Flow charts of Business Process for the FUTURE STATE (product to be delivered)
• Provided UML charts for each scenario
• Provided Excel documents defining the APIs mapping from the old Application Fieldset to the NEW
USER Interface that delivers data via API to the Java Middleware.
• Basically worked with remote agile team to deliver a BPM product built from scratch, demos,
sprints, and definition of the new framework for a large Vendor Management Platform.
• Created Scenario WalkThroughs that provided the UIX team (using Existing Front End UI, Kibana
[ELK Stack], and Mulesoft API Designer, etc.)
I have done this sort of work when no BAs were provided to me as a Project Manager on many of the
projects shown on my resume. I have done this for Insurance Domain, Credit Card Domains as
shown on my resume. Additional provisions included:
• Created Product Definition for Banking Products (collated over 600 possibilities into 16 products
and product definitions)
• Created new product business flows and mappings
• Coordinated BA Teams, Test Teams, and Development Teams
• Reviewed and responsible for Requirements Capture, and conversion to Functional Requirements,
User Stories, Test Cases, and Low Level Design features for Development
• Project Strategy, Test Plan, Project Plans

• Established TCOE Standards and Practices
• Trained onsite and offshore teams in Testing, Metrics Reporting, and Defect Management.
