  4. 4. Other term: -rubbing PAKISKIS -Compressing tissues in several directions; Sliding hands, palm, finger, knuckles back & forth over skin or deeper tissue layers. Usually dry, w/o oil. -Pagpiga o pagpisil sa mga tisyu sa maraming direksyon, dumadausdos na mga kamay, palad, daliri, buto ng kamao, urong- sulong sa balat o mas malalim na mga patong ng tisyu. Karaniwang tuyo, walang langis. 2. Rolling Gumugulong Hold limb with open hands back- and –forth From distal to proximal Hawakan ang paa ng dalawang bukas na kamay, urong-sulong mula sa gitna papunta sa harap at likuran 3. Wringing Pinapalipit Grasp firmly while twisting in opposite directions Dakmaing mabuti habang pinipilipit sa magkabilang direksyon 4. Fingers or palm Maliit na paikot na mga galaw na dumadausdos sa pang-ibabaw na mga tisyu sa ibabaw ng mga pang ilalim na mga tisyu. Mga daliri o palad 4. TAPOTEMENT- From the French word “tapoter” which means to tap Other term: -percussion Repetitive staccato striking movements of hands, simultaneously or alternately. Tambulin paulit ulit, mabilis na sandaling paghampas ng mga kamay, magkasabay o halinhinan Using :  ulnar surface of hand,  fingertips,  open palm  cupped palm  loosely closed fist Gamit ang:  ulnar, ibabaw ng kamay  dulo ng mga daliri  bukas na palad  nakakupang palad  bahagyang nakasarang kamao 1. Tapping Using fingertips of one or both hands Various speeds Tapik, katok 1. Punctuation - pagbantas Hard tapping Mabigat na pagtapik 2. Clapping (Slapping) Tampal Palm striking skin with alternate strokes: not recommended for victims of abuse Paghampas ng palad sa balat na may kahaliling haplos. Hindi ipinapayo ito sa biktima ng pang- aabuso 4. Diffused Pakalat Lay palmar surface on skin while striking back of hand to diffuse force; move across surface Nakapatong na palad sa balat habang pinapalo ang likod ng kamay upang makalat ang lakas, gumagalaw sa kabilang panig

VIBRATION- From the Latin word “vibrio” which means to shake Other term: -shaking -Rapid shaking, quivering, trembling, or rocking movements applied with fingertips or full hand. -Inaalog, mabilis na pag- alog, pinanginginig o pinapayanig 1. Fine –Pino Fingertips trembling the skin, fingers and wrist rigid, Gliding along Ang mga dulo ng daliri ay pinanginginig ang balat, Mga daliri at pulso ay naninigas na dumadausdos 2. Jostling -Tinutulak Rhythmic and vigorous shaking back and forth Grasp at most proximal point and slide down distally Maindayog at malakas na pag- alog, urong -sulong.
