4. Weapon Safety Within the
Home or on the Range:
1. ALWAYS treat the weapon as
loaded.
2. ALWAYS keep your finger off of
the trigger.
3. ALWAYS keep the weapon pointed
in a safe direction.

unloaded until ready to use.
5. ALWAYS be aware of your target,
and know what's beyond.
7. SAFTY AWARENESS FOR YOUR
CHILDREN The best way to keep your child safe is by:
1. Always know where your children are. And make them
check in every 30 minutes.
2. Give them a password when strangers approach.
a. an example would be a password like “darth
vader” or “ han solo”. these types of passwords are
designed so that your children will not talk to or go
with anyone that you have not deemed appropriate.
3. Get to know your children and the friends they keep.
a. The more you know about your children through
open communication, the more you’ll know how safe
they are.
4. don’t be afraid to have your children mad at you for
disciplining them for there mistakes.
a. they will hate you at the moment, but they’ll
respect you in the end.
10. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Domestic violence is not something
that should ever happen to anyone
period. But sadly and without good
reason it does.
Domestic violence is at an all time
high through out the United States.
On average there is about 2 to 3
million men and women assaulted in
the household each year. 10 to 20%
of these D.V. assaults occurs in
front of a child.

CURRENT DRUG problem:
JUST SAY NO!!!
if you never start, you’ll never be an addict.
Avoid negative peer pressure.
Build a relationship of trust with your parents or guardians.
Enjoy life, and be happy, drug free.
Get educated on drugs and the affects of drugs on the body and mind.
Listen to your parents or guardians and the rules they set on drugs. .
Be a positive role modal for those around you and make a difference.
Plan ahead for your future and for a better drug free world to live in.

17. ALCOHOL Awareness
. Alcoholism is growing in the US
today. It is important to know the
signs and symptoms of someone
with an alcohol problem to get
them the help they need
18. Tips for helping those with
alcoholism:
1. tolerance: alcohol that is developed over time with abuse.
2. Withdrawal: those that have not had a drink in a short period of time will
suffer from tremors, headaches and even memory loss.
3. Loss of control: drinking becomes the number task, and nothing else
matters.
4. those that won’t to stop, but physically and mentally can’t: Once the
alcohol takes over there is nothing more important, and everything is
meaningless.
5. Neglect: Neglecting both family, friends and others around you and even
neglect from the workplace.
6. FOCUS: All focus and energy is center around having a drink.
7. drinking more important then health: drinking is more important then your
health is a major sign that there is an issue and help is needed as soon as
possible.

Signs of being bullied:
1. Injuries that are not explained.
2. Damaged clothing, books, backpacks, or any other
personal items.

and participation with school work .
