Making Chinese Tea
About Chinese Tea:

Chinese Tea is a drink made from tea plants (Camellia sinensis).Chinese tea takes part
in the long ancient history of China, and is still alive today. Traditionally in China, tea
was and is prepared using an ancient technique. But in current times a more simple yet
successful way of making a decent cup of Chinese tea is used.




Here are some quick important facts about Chinese tea making:



       Chinese tea should be infused (not brewed!)
       Make only in a ceramic or porcelain pot or cup
       The water you use to make the tea plays an important part of it
       Use only the best tea leaves
Instructions:

   1. Add a lot of tea into a pot




   2. Add hot almost boiling water leave for a couple seconds to a minute, then pour
      out reserving the leaves

   3. Add more water to the pot wait a couple seconds to a couple minutes for tea
      leaves to infuse and then pour into serving cups and serve
