        This letter is in response to your letter asking us to send you a letter regarding
your letter of suspension in our letter as a Printing Vendor for Sacramento Valley
College, because of your failure to comply with the federal minimum wage requirements,
as mentioned in your letter.

        My staff and my administrative staff reviews your letter and the circumstances
described in your letter about the suspension, and they recommended that for this letter
we reduce your suspension to only 30 days. The recommendation is based primarily on
the fact. That in you're letter you indicated that you are not the owner of PREECISE
PRINTING went the wage violation occurred.

Since the letter we originally sent to PRECIZE PRENTING informing them of the letter
of suspension was dated 35 days ago, and because this letter recommends that the letter
of suspension be reduced to only 30 days, we hereby inform you with this letter that as of
5 days ago, PRESISE PRINTING has been reinstated to the Approved Vendor List.

        Congratulations from all of us who be writing this letter.
Remember, however. That my office reserves the right to review future jobs preformed
by PRECISE PRINTING to make sure that you complied with all the legal requirements.
