After interviewing various pet owners with a
variety of different needs, we gathered the
information necessary to build an app that allows
users quickly communicate with their pet sitter,
find a pet sitter that fits their liking, and allows
users to become comfortable with an unknown
pet sitter entering their space to care for their pet.

The main thing I learned from these three
competitors is tha
its good to establish quick connection between
pet owner and pet sitter to make a smooth and
quick experienc
these apps have many unfixed bugs, and an UI
design that users find “awkward” to navigate.

Some common pain points users expressed across
the board were the lack of fallback protocols in
case things turned for the worse
A user interface that feels awkward to use
resulting in unnecessary time spent on the app

services are offered to

9. From my Low fidelity testing / my
initial wire framing I learned a lot about
how to make a good flow. Since the
high fidelty flows came in later during
the process, the low fidelity flows
helped me build a strong foundation
before putting all the bells and whistles
on. I also found out what did and did
not work well during my user testing
which was very easily fixable as the
project moved on
