2. Coffee is a black drink that contains
caffeine and which is obtained from roasted
and ground coffee beans. Coffee beans are
the fruits of coffee trees. The coffee`s quality
is influenced by the cultivation`s place,
storage and torrefaction process coffee
beans.
Today coffee is consumed in almost
every country being a commodity
particularly important for producers and
consumers. Coffee is one of the most
consumed beverage worldwide. In 2014,
statistics showed that in the world, were
serving approximately 1.4 billion cups of
coffee for one day.
3. On the world market, coffee ranks
second, after oil regarding economic
importance and along with steel and grain,
raw materials for export among the most
valuable economic situation of many
coffee producing countries depending
almost entirely on its exports. The main
coffee markets are negotiated in New York
and London. Coffee price varies greatly,
depending on supply and demand and is
continually influenced by factors such as
climate changes, political events, quality,
coffee`s production volume.
